Good school for kids to receive education. Teachers are well picked and fee seems appropriate for such a private school. Only the narrow and poorly maintained approach road makes the travelling a bit cumbersome. Dropping the kids won't be enroute because it's the dead end. Hopefully the road will improve or alternate roads are in plan in the future!?

The school is in dire need of quality teachers, and many of us have observed several concerning issues. Firstly, there is a distressing turnover of competent teachers, which is a significant cause for concern. Moreover, some teachers lack a thorough understanding of the subjects they are responsible for teaching. Additionally, the emphasis on activities and projects seems to be ineffective, as parents end up taking on the majority of the responsibility for creating and managing these tasks, while teachers show little interest in guiding or mentoring students during these projects and activities. Although teachers strictly adhere to the curriculum's lesson plans, they overwhelm students with assignments and projects as unit tests or term exams draw near. Unfortunately, the assessments conducted by teachers lack comprehensive evaluation and fail to recognize the efforts students put into their projects and assignments, adding to their already heavy workload. Furthermore, due to the management's allocation of non-productive tasks, many teachers find themselves burdened with unnecessary responsibilities. Similarly, students are subjected to these unproductive tasks directly from the school management. Despite boards like CBSE or ICSE designing the curriculum to foster holistic student development, the school merely treats these curriculum items as mere formalities. Consequently, students' overall growth remains stagnant. It is essential to understand that education should not revolve around memorizing answers to questions. Unfortunately, the current educational approach employed by the school, both in terms of teaching and assessment, fails to provide practical benefits in the real world. This memorization-focused education system often allows students to achieve impressive grades without truly comprehending the subjects and topics. However, once these students reach grades 11 and 12, they often struggle to cope with the very subjects in which they previously excelled. Consequently, their lack of clarity on fundamental concepts and topics from earlier grade levels becomes evident. This issue primarily stems from the way schools provide education. Only students fortunate enough to have parents who possess a deep understanding of education and can mentor and guide their children tend to perform well. After grade 10, most students fail to thrive due to the inadequate education provided by schools. In conclusion, the primary focus of every school should be on delivering quality education. This can only be achieved by hiring competent teachers and granting them the freedom to impart conceptual understanding of subjects and topics, benefiting their students in the long run.

This is not the same school as it used to be. When covid struck 2 yrs back, schools were so nice and requested for timely payments of fees & we all did also (most of us did). I'm not saying we did anything extra, but you will understand the context by end of this review. Now when covid is assumed to be over (which is not the case actually) and it is time for school to understand parents, they decided to open school, just for one month causing inconvenience to so many parents who are settled and working out of homes. We understand we all need to come back to offline classes eventually but what was the urgency? Online mode had worked so well for over 2 yrs, they could have just continued with it for one month more. This rating is for current management of the school who have no understanding of parents' problems. They just want reasons to extract all kinds of fees from parents, even when there is no real need. Parents if you guys are looking for a school that listens to parents then this is not a good choice at all. Teachers, Principal, coordinators they just don't entertain any suggestions. We as parent keep requesting but they just make their own rules and do not give no regards to parents. Now when this academic year is about to finish, they have bombarded students with projects of all sorts. What was the school doing all year long? It makes for such a difficult situation for parents, because we have to help kids. School is saying they are opening up as per Govt directives. Govt directive give choice to parents, if they wish to send their kids they can, else online mode should be functioning. But school has suddenly made it binding on all parents to send their kids compulsorily. There is Parent Teacher Association & I am really amazed what is the function of it? None of the parents' representative informed us of any such decision coming. Kids can never take these precautions & God Forbid of some outbreak happens, will school take responsibility? In the name of Transport Consent form they are trying to make us sign that our kids will take all responsibility of maintaining social distance, sanitization, not sharing food, drinks etc etc and we understand that we are sending kids during covid-19 times. When school itself is saying it is covid-19 times, why they are they unnecessarily taking the risk and passing it to kids & parents? None of the suggestions are being accepted by school. We wish best for the school, but when school becomes too rigid it loses the good will , it loses its harmony, it loses it shine and thats what VPMS is doing right now. Very sorry state of affairs.

The Management needs to look after pets that stray into their premises and encourage children to empathise with their behaviour. Only being compliant with regards to charity is insufficient Children need to grow up with pets and nature around them, this is absent in most CBSE schools where education is based purely on the political presence and government guidelines which in most cases do not have any logic!

While one's pitch in for young pupils – and indeed the renditions of educators – deserves every plaudit - is forgotten by us most of the time. Very few educators know how to put a smile on someone's face and knowledge in someone's head. My child has been associated with this school for the last year. During one year, my ward interacted with a bunch of quality teachers. First, an inspiring and passionate teacher, Ms. Anuradha Andhare, although she was the class teacher for a short period. Second, Ms. Baldeep Kaur and Ms. Shweta Rao — are committed and topic-focused with succinct, and comprehensive explanations. My ward states that their teaching approaches are incredibly stimulating taught topics. They are the best examples of the perfect teachers we need in all schools. Third, Ms. Harshlata Girjapure, who loves teaching and is an effective teacher. Her energetic approach to teaching invigorates the pupils and keeps them focused. If I'm not wrong, she is a warm, caring teacher and can handle all kinds of students. We are sure that the school appreciates them in considerable ways. Thank you for valuing your students' time. Thank you to the school's principal, Ms. Candice Braganza Ma'am, for having such admirable faculties to enhance the skills of our children. We hope the same in the new academic session as well.
